I am pleased to inform you that the free medical checkup event, organized in association with the District
Red Cross Society, was successfully conducted on January 4, 2024. The event aimed to provide
essential healthcare services to the community and promote overall well-being.
Collaboration with District Red Cross Society: The event was conducted in close collaboration with the District Red Cross Society, which played a pivotal role in coordinating resources and support.
Attendance and Impact: The event saw a remarkable turnout, with 120+ individuals benefiting from the free medical checkups and receiving necessary medications. The collaboration with the Red Cross Society strengthened our ability to reach a wider audience and fulfill our commitment to community welfare.
Venue Setup: The venue for the medical checkup was arranged and set up to accommodate a large number of attendees comfortably. Adequate space was allocated for medical examination stations, registration counters, and medicine distribution areas.
Registration Process: A systematic registration process was established to manage the flow of participants efficiently. Each attendee was registered, and basic demographic information was collected for record-keeping purposes.
Medical Checkup Stations: Various medical checkup stations were organized to address different health concerns. These included general health checkups, blood pressure monitoring, blood sugar tests, and other relevant screenings.
Medicine Distribution: Free medicines, generously provided by HCW Foundation, were distributed to individuals based on their medical needs and prescriptions from attending doctors. A well-organized system ensured that medicines were distributed accurately and efficiently.
