We are pleased to report the successful execution of our recent initiative – a Free Medical Health Checkup
and Medicine Distribution event held on November 25, 2023. This initiative was organized by HCW
Foundation with the aim of promoting community health and well-being.
Activities Undertaken:
Free Medical Health Checkup : A team of qualified healthcare professionals provided comprehensive medical checkups to the community members who attended the event. Essential health parameters such as blood pressure, blood sugar levels, dental checkup, eye checkup and general health assessments were conducted.
Medicine Distribution: Free medicines were distributed to individuals based on the medical assessments.
Informational sessions were conducted to educate attendees on proper medication usage and health
maintenance.
Health Awareness Programs: Concurrent health awareness programs were conducted to educate the community on preventive healthcare measures, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle choices.
Community Engagement: Volunteers engaged with community members to understand their health-related concerns and provided guidance on seeking further medical assistance if needed.
Outcome and Impact: A total of 150+ individuals availed themselves of the free medical health checkup services. 130+ prescriptions were issued, and free medicines were distributed accordingly.
The event received positive feedback from the community, expressing gratitude for the accessible
healthcare services provided.
